Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner President and CEO of
Phi Theta Kappa

Dr. Tincher-Ladner is the President and CEO of Phi Theta Kappa. She is the third leader of the organization in 98 years. Dr. Tincher-Ladner also serves as an ex-officio member of the Phi Theta Kappa Board of Directors and Secretary to the Phi Theta Kappa Foundation Board of Trustees. She joined the Phi Theta Kappa staff in 2012 as the Chief Information and Research Officer, and later served as Interim Executive Director until receiving the permanent appointment in 2016 by the Phi Theta Kappa Board of Directors.
Dr. Tincher-Ladner has served more than 23 years in higher education in the areas of instruction, information technology and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from Mississippi State University and both a master's and bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is an honorary member of the Omicron Alpha Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
Dr. Tincher-Ladner serves on the graduate faculty for the School of Education at Mississippi State University and is a member of the Center for Community College Student Engagement National Advisory Board and the Woodward Hines Education Foundation’s Get2College Advisory Council.
