The sixteenth annual LaMsMATYC conference, held at Pearl River Community College, Forrest County Center, was a great success!  Attendees were greeted by Dr. Jana Causey, Vice President for Forrest County Operations, and had the pleasure of hearing Dr. Bernd Schroeder, Department Chair of Mathematics at The University of Southern Mississippi, as the keynote speaker.  During the business meeting, the 2015-2016 officers were elected.

I know we are all looking forward to a great year, and everyone is excited about the AMATYC conference in New Orleans this November. I look forward to seeing you all (hopefully) in November and (definitely) next September for our seventeenth annual conference at Delgado Community College, City Park Campus.
